In Canada, less than 10 percent of plastic is recycled each year, according to a government statement.Unless something is done soon, canadians will throw away about c $11 billion ($8.2 billion) worth of plastic every year by 2030.

 

According to the United Nations environment programme (unep), plastic waste pollution is one of the world's major environmental problems, generating about 300 million tons of plastic waste every year, of which more than 8 million tons of plastic enters the ocean, causing losses of up to 8 billion U.S. dollars to Marine ecosystems every year.In march, the European Union also approved a law to ban single-use plastic products, including disposable tableware, from 2021.

 

The plastic bags will be repalced by nonwoven bags. The traditional film mulch will be replaced by nonwoven agriculture fabric.
